1. Medical Disclaimer & Health Data Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: BP Tracker: Blood Pressure App is an informational data-logging tool and DOES NOT measure blood pressure, pulse, or blood sugar automatically. Users must measure their vitals using a certified, medically validated external device. This App is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice or diagnosis, and should not replace professional healthcare consultations.
2. Information We Collect
Our App is designed to help you manually record and monitor your personal health vitals. We handle the following categories of data:
- Health & Vitals Logs: Blood pressure readings (Systolic and Diastolic), pulse/heart rate (BPM), blood sugar/glucose levels, body weight, custom tags (e.g., Before Meal, Morning), and personal notes entered manually by you.
- App Settings & Profile: App appearance preferences, language selection, and optional patient profile preferences.
- Log Files & Device Data: Like many other apps, Learning Easy Apps makes use of standard log files. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser/device type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our application features (such as displaying historical health trends, calculating BP classifications, and generating consistency scores).
- Generate downloadable health summary reports (PDF, CSV, JSON) upon your explicit request.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our application functions.
- Understand and analyze how you use our application.
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
- Detect and prevent fraud or technical issues.
4. Data Storage, Security, and Backups
- Local Storage: Your personal health readings are saved locally on your device.
- Data Backups: Any backup files created using the App's Backup & Restore feature are managed directly by you via your chosen storage or cloud provider.
- No Sale of Health Data: We do not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal health data to any third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
We retain your personal data and health records strictly in accordance with the following data retention practices:
- Local Data Retention: All personal health logs (blood pressure, pulse, glucose, weight), notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is retained on your device for as long as the application remains installed, or until you manually delete your entries.
- Automatic Data Deletion: You can delete all your stored data at any time by clearing the App Data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application from your device. Uninstalling the app permanently erases all locally retained data.
- Third-Party SDK Retention: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic logs, crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), and advertising identifiers (Google AdMob) are retained by third-party service providers in accordance with their standard retention schedules (typically up to 14 months for analytics and performance diagnostics). We do not store or retain personal health data on external servers.

6. Advertising Partners & Third-Party Privacy Policies
Learning Easy Apps's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers or ad networks for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
Our app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
- Google Play Services: Used for core application infrastructure, licensing, and security.
- Google AdMob: Serves non-sensitive advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) according to Google's privacy policies. No personal health logs or vitals are ever shared with ad networks.
- Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics: Used for crash reporting, stability diagnostics, and usage metrics.
- OneSignal: Used to deliver push notifications and service updates.
7. Cookies and Web Beacons
Like any other website or online service, Learning Easy Apps uses 'cookies' or local storage. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the application that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
8. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
- Request that a business that sells a consumer's personal data, not sell the consumer's personal data.

Learning Easy Apps does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
