Depending on which app features you utilize, we may process the following types of information:
A. Device Identifiers & Analytics (Automated)
- Technical Diagnostics: Device model, Android OS version, app version code, system language, network connectivity status, and crash logs collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics to monitor stability and fix bugs.
- Advertising Identifiers: The Google Advertising ID (GAID) collected via Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements, prevent ad fraud, and measure ad performance.
- Usage Engagement: Anonymous interaction events (e.g., successful connection, button click frequency, session duration) collected via Google Firebase Analytics to improve user interface design.
B. Locally Stored Data (Never Leaves Your Device)
- Saved Remote & TV Profiles: Custom TV names (e.g., "Living Room TV"), paired device identifiers, and brand selections for quick reconnection.
- Local Network IP Addresses: Discovered IP addresses of smart TVs and DLNA/Roku/Android TV endpoints on your Wi-Fi network.
- User Customizations: Theme preferences (Dark Mode, Cinema, Ocean) and haptic vibration settings.
C. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
- All financial transactions, subscriptions, and payment methods are handled exclusively and securely by the Google Play Billing system. We never receive, process, or store your credit card or bank details.
2. App Permissions and Hardware Usage
Our applications require certain Android device permissions strictly to execute user-requested features. Permissions are never used for background surveillance:

4. Data Retention and User Deletion Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under international privacy regulations (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act):
- Zero Server Media Retention: Because we do not upload or store your personal media, pairing credentials, or remote commands on external servers, there is no personal media data retained on our systems.
- Clearing Local Data: You can permanently wipe all locally saved remotes, TV configurations, and cached data at any time by clearing the application cache/data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app.
- Data Deletion Requests: To request deletion of any diagnostic logs associated with your advertising ID or to ask privacy questions, contact our Data Protection Officer at: learningeasyapps@gmail.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 calendar days.
5. Children's Privacy
Our applications are designed for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
